MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM CAPSTONE

The capstone for my Master of Science,  Management and Leadership was compromised 

of three components. 

COMPONENT 1 | Annotated Bibliography

The annotated bibliography was a collection of scholarly articles related to each degree program course. I connected the scholarly articles with each course's content and reflected on how it was applicable to my management and leadership practices. 

COMPONENT 2 | Research and Development

Next, I synthesized key concepts from the degree program to create a management and leadership development program for a real-world business entity. I chose a fictional electrical construction company. 

COMPONENT 3 | Presentation

The final project was a slide presentation with the goal of encouraging the mock electrical construction company's senior leadership to implement my management and leadership development and training program.
