PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS FOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS

The capstone for my Master of Science, Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology was a five-chapter research paper exploring the impact of a one-hour interactive DEI e-learning module to educate Instructional Designers on foundational project management concepts, processes, and tools. Research participants completed a pre-module self-assessment and summative self-assessment, which provided the data analysis content. The e-learning module consisted of eight lessons and formative knowledge checks. Participants also received a Project Management Resource Packet which is included on this page. I also designed the packet, charts and graphics. 

Part of my capstone included receiving CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) Program certification, which provides ethical research guidelines and standards.
